Summer Reading Program for 2012
This summer Vermonters are invited to participate in a reading program that celebrates the night. The slogan for children is: "Dream Big, READ!”; the one for teens is "Own the Night,” and the one for adults is “Between the Covers.”
The Vermont Department of Libraries is a member of the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP), a consortium of all 50 states and the District of Columbia working together to provide high-quality summer reading program materials to children and teens at the lowest cost possible. The summer manual prepared by CSLP contains ideas for programs, promotions, decorations and bibliographies for many related topics for all ages.
