                            NOTICE OF DECISION 

                                  No. 45

     This matter was submitted to the Professional Conduct Board by 
stipulation. The Board finds that in the course of respondent's representation
of a client, respondent filed a pleading in a superior court in which he 
revealed that the Vermont Professional Conduct Board was investigating the
conduct of another attorney.   Disclosure of this information was in violation
of the confidentiality provisions of Administrative Order 9 and constituted a
violation of DR 1-102(A)(5) (conduct prejudicial to the administration of
justice) .
     Based upon the stipulation before it, the Board hereby imposes a private
admonition.
