           The matter is remanded to the Professional Conduct Board for
      reconsideration of its recomended sanction.  See In re Rosenfeld,
      2 Vt. L.W. 422, 425 (1991) (agreeing with ABA Standards that
      suspension have a duration of at least six months).  Jurisdiction
      is otherwise retained in this Court.
