Public and other libraries in Vermont may use the state's contracts with the following vendors. None of the vendors on the list charge for shipping of regular orders. Free shipping does not apply for other shipping methods such as express shipments. To receive the state contract discounts YOU MUST include the state contract number when placing orders.
