Summer Survey 2017

This survey is for all Vermont public libraries that offered a Summer Reading Program (SRP) in summer 2017 regardless of the theme used or ages served. Your responses will help the Department of Libraries, partnering state agencies, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future summer reading programs. Your responses will also help demonstrate the importance of libraries as leaders in summer enrichment, literacy support, and workforce development.

Instructions: only one person from your library system should complete the survey. The survey must be completed in one sitting. If you have all relevant statistics and anecdotes before the start of the survey, completion should take approximately 20 minutes. The deadline for evaluation submissions is Friday, September 29, 2017.
