Clean Water Lecture Series: An Introduction to Act 76

Clean water partners and members of the public are invited to learn about the Clean Water Service Delivery Act of 2019 (Act 76/S.96)

from Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation staff Neil Kamman, Ethan Swift, and Emily Bird. Act 76 creates a long-term

funding source for clean water work and changes how clean water projects are funded, administered and implemented.
