Normally, All meetings held at the Waterbury State Office Complex (WSOC), Oak Conference Room, 10:30 – 1 p.m. on the third TH of each month except July and August. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are meeting virtually.

• When meeting in person, all visitors should contact elizabeth.morris@vermont.gov at least one day in advance of meeting attendance in order to arrange entry to state buildings. A photo ID is required.
