Joint Committee on Tax Credits Public Hearing

The advisory Joint Committee on Tax Credits reviews and adopts allocation policies documented in

Vermont's Qualified Allocation Plan and reviews VHFA's performance as administrator of the Housing Tax Credit program

The physical location for the Joint Committee on Tax Credits Public Hearing on November 10, 2020 for statutory purposes will be the

VHFA Board Room at 164 St. Paul St., Burlington VT;  however, in light of theCOVID 19 emergency

access will be provided through a combined video/phone system.
