The Department of Libraries offers a calendar for public meetings of state agencies as a service of the Agency of Administration. Submission is open to state agencies, boards, and committees.
Submitting a Meeting
To add a state agency meeting to the calendar please fill out the following form. Please note, the postings are sent to us for review prior to being added to the calendar, but will appear on the calendar within one business day of submission. If you are including a link to a virtual meeting, please include the full address, as a hyperlinked "Join the Meeting" will not successfully come through the form.
