History of the ILL Courier System Pilot
The Vermont Department of Libraries (VTLIB) and the Green Mountain Library Consortium (GMLC) partnered to pilot a courier system for interlibrary loan among public libraries in Vermont. Following a promotional campaign, libraries signed up for the service in December 2015. The pilot period lasted eighteen months. For more information about this project, please contact Lisa von Kann gmlced@gmail.com or Tom McMurdo thomas.mcmurdo@vermont.gov
GMLC maintained informational pages for the courier system: http://www.gmlc.org/index.php/delivery-service until the Vermont Department of Libraries took over program administration on March 1, 2018.
The first annual report, published January 31, 2017, can be read here.
